Terms of service.

Welcome to Cosmic Rose Studio, thank you so much for supporting me as an artist and purchasing one of my unique and high vibrational artworks. As a small business, working from home I am committed to delivering a high quality service. Your order once placed will be processed within 3-5 working days and will take up to, approximately 14 days from this time to reach its new home. To help speed up the process please make sure that all your buying information is correct. 

Payment for all purchases must be completed before sent out for delivery. Cosmic Rose Studio accepts secured payment methods via Stripe. 

Cosmic Rose Studio does not take any responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. A claim with the shipping provider will need to be made.

Delivery & Packaging 

All artworks and products for sale at Cosmic Rose Studio will be packaged depending on size, in either reinforced envelopes or cardboard tubes. Each print will be wrapped in acidic free paper and wrapped for its safety in transit. 

Postage and Shipping Internationally 

Cosmic Rose Studio will post your item using Royal Mail for all UK orders for prices including international shipping please see below. 

Buyers are responsible for all custom imports or duty taxes and Cosmic Rose Studio is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs.

Return Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase or your purchase has been damaged, you have up to 7 days to contact Cosmic Rose Studio for an exchange. 

Cosmic Rose Studio does not accept refunds for any bought digital downloads,  limited edition  & signed prints. If however you have a problem with your purchase please do get in touch so we can discuss your options. 

Cosmic Rose Studio will run sales and promotional offers from time to time, these products will unfortunately not be returnable or refundable. 

A full refund will only be issued on receiving the item in the same packaging and condition that you received it in, Within 14 days or purchase. 

What do you do if you want to return something? 

  • To Contact please click here as soon as possible, stating your reason for refund and your order number.

  • If you are eligible for a refund you must make contact within 7 days of purchasing your item. You have up to 14 days from purchase to send back the item in question, in the same condition and packaging as you received it in.  Buyer is responsible for paying for the returned item.

  • Refunds then will only be issued if the artwork is in perfect condition upon return . Refunds can take up to 14 days to be received by customers. We cannot refund any shipping costs for orders delivered within & outside of the UK. 

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on Sale items. 

Cosmic Rose Studio is not responsible for any products that get damaged or lost within transit. We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s).

Packaging details 

  • All artworks will be packaged depending on size, in either a reinforced envelope or cardboard tube. Each print will be wrapped in acidic free paper. 

Open edition prints 

Giclee prints are sold unframed and printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl paper, 320gsm.  

These are open ended edition prints that will be not limited to any number and always available for reproduction, syndication and licensing.

Please be aware that colours may vary from monitor to monitor. Due to the nature of Cosmic Rose Studiowork there may be subtle variations in texture, softness and sharpness, shadow and light is all part of Soul Space Design’s creative expression. Please note that purchasing a print does not transfer any rights away from the artist. Full copyright is held with © Cosmic Rose Studio 2025

Limited Edition Prints 

Giclee prints are sold unframed and printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl paper, 320gsm. 

All limited edition prints are  numbered and signed by the artist clearly stated on the print. 

Please be aware that colours may vary from monitor to monitor. Due to the nature of Cosmic Rose Studio work there may be subtle variations in texture, softness and sharpness, shadow and light is all part of Soul Space Design’s creative expression.

The commissioning of bespoke artwork, creative consultancy and collaborative projects stand outside of the above terms of service. When working with © Cosmic Rose Studio in this capacity  you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions of each project individually.
